Report PDFs in English, Français, or Español
Company Setup → Report language switches finished-report and repair-list chrome — section titles, Finding 3 of 12, dates, default severity labels, and Print / Save as PDF. Inspector wording stays as typed. Official WETT PDFs stay English. The inspector app stays English.
Web, iOS, and Android in sync
Inspectors use the same tabs, fields, conditions, team reports, and defect workflow in the browser and in the IntellectSpect phone app for iOS and Android — including a working draft and queues when the job site has no signal.
Client portal agents actually open

Interac or card on the request link
Clients pay through Interac e-Transfer at their bank, or by card when the company connects Stripe. Companies track paid status on the inspection; tax rates and payment settings live in admin.

Five shop pages — no website/SEO fee
Hive sells website/SEO as an extra. Your seat includes the public shop. Today /book/{slug} is live (logo, area, hours, reviews, types, book). At go-live each company gets five pages — Home, Services, Book, Reviews, Contact — filled from Booking. We do not sell monthly SEO.

Saves you can trust on site

Photos as files, not database bloat
Inspection photos store as files (Vercel Blob in production). Reports stay fast as the job grows. Old data-URL photos still open.
