If you have been running Horizon, you are welcome at IntellectSpect. Bring your comment wording and templates. We will help you land before the lights go out — a weekend, not a 30-day rebuild.
Step 1
Import your Horizon comments and templates
On Profile, paste or upload your Horizon export. HomeGauge and ISN files work the same way if you have those too. Tag Français or Español when a shop writes in that language. Usual comments then match the report language.
Step 2
Set fees, tax, and one agreement
Setup checklist: inspection type, fees, tax region, Interac or Stripe, and accept a platform contract or upload yours.
Step 3
Turn on the shop page
Booking gets your logo, tagline, service area, hours, reviews link, and types. Agents copy a book-again link. The repair list can book a reinspection or agreed-repairs visit. Five shop pages (Home, Services, Book, Reviews, Contact) are included at go-live — no website/SEO fee.
Step 4
Book the 20-minute slot
Onboarding is included — import comments and one agreement with us on the call. Then run the first live month with unlimited reports.
Pricing is $139 per inspector per month, $2 after 20 reports, first three live months $99, first live month unlimited. The 20-minute onboarding slot is included. Call or email and say you are coming from Horizon — we will put you first in line.
