Texting terms

Inspection companies on IntellectSpect (https://www.intellectspect.com) may text you about a job when you give a phone number and agree to texts. This page is the public opt-in description for that program.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the texting box on a book form, request, or job where you enter a phone number — or when the company records that you agreed. We then text that number to confirm you opted in to messages from the number that sent the text.
What we send
Messages come from the inspection company through IntellectSpect: booking confirmation, visit reminders, and follow-ups the company writes. Frequency depends on the job — often a confirmation, a reminder or two, and optional follow-up texts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or paying.
How to opt out
Reply OPT OUT to the texting number. Our system marks that phone as opted out and will not send more texts to it. You can also reply STOP. Reply HELP for a short explanation and a link back to this page.
