IntellectSpect (https://www.intellectspect.com) provides inspection software to companies and their staff. This page summarizes how information is handled when you visit the marketing site or use the product.

What we collect

  • Account details for company admins and inspectors (name, email, credentials).
  • Inspection report content entered by inspectors, including photos, notes, and client contact details needed to deliver the job.
  • Payment and contract activity tied to an inspection request.
  • Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to run the product for your company: authentication, report drafting and delivery, scheduling and email triggers, Interac payment flows, and account administration. Marketing site visits do not require creating an account.

Who can see reports

Inspection data belongs to the company that created it. Clients access reports only through credentials issued for that inspection. Platform operators may access systems as needed to support companies and keep the service running.

We don’t mine your clients — and never will.

Your inspection relationships are not our lead list. We do not sell, rent, or harvest your clients for marketing, and we never will. You’ll never see an ad on any IntellectSpect platform. Inspection data belongs to your company so you can run the job — not so we can compete with you for the next one.

We don’t mine your clients. You’ll never see an ad on our platforms. We have not, and never will.

You’ll never see an ad

We do not run advertising on the web app, the phone app, the client portal, or the marketing site. Your company seat pays for the product — not banners, sponsored clutter, or ad networks.
