By using IntellectSpect (https://www.intellectspect.com) you agree to these terms. The product is offered to inspection companies and their authorized staff. Companies may apply for a free trial; applications require a CAPTCHA check and approval by IntellectSpect before an account is created. Live and sandbox accounts are activated by IntellectSpect.

Use of the service

You may use the software only for legitimate inspection business on behalf of a company that has an active account. You are responsible for the accuracy of report content, client communications, contracts, and payments initiated through the system.

Agreement templates

IntellectSpect provides agreement templates companies may use. Have a lawyer review them for your situation. Your company assumes all responsibility for their use. IntellectSpect does not provide legal advice.

Accounts

Trial accounts include a limited number of inspections and cannot send reports to clients or download PDFs until activated. Companies may also be placed on sandbox or live modes. Suspended or locked companies cannot use the product. Keep login credentials confidential. Notify IntellectSpect promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Reports and archive

Reports archive six calendar months after the inspection date unless a company admin unlocks them. Archived reports are not editable until unlocked.

IntellectSpect provides software tools. It does not perform inspections, certify properties, or replace professional judgment. AI-assisted drafting (voice fill and photo notes) is a starting point that inspectors must review before delivery.
